| Location: | Deming Logging Show Grounds, about 20 minutes East of Bellingham on Hwy 542. Gmap link. Look for signs to direct towards parking. |
| Attire: | You do you. Della loved costumes and dressing to bring joy to others. Feel free to do the same...or not. Most importantly, come as you choose. Note: terrain is all grass, so maybe plan shoes accordingly |
| COVID: | UPDATE (9/1/21): The venue has requested that everyone be masked (even though it's outside). We plan to respect their request, so please count on coming masked! |

| Like so many parts of this process, planning a fitting memorial for the woman I love is overwhelming. I know that I want to be together with people and to celebrate and honor Della. Beyond that, it's pure guesswork. How many people to plan for? What to do about COVID? What should the event be like? How to let everyone know, especially in this world of social media only covering a subset of people? Just like the rest of this process, I know we'll get through this together.
